YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue their operation to strengthen to defense line of Tabqa as part of their campaign to liberate Raqqa region from ISIS.

SDF fighters entered the Mansurah town yesterday morning and they have taken the town largely under their control amid fierce clashes ongoing since yesterday.

SDF fighters have destroyed a bomb-laden vehicle of the gangs and seized one other.

The town of Mansurah with 50 thousand population is located southwest of Raqqa and 20 km east of Tabqa.
