Six out of the eleven people who were detained during the raids carried out at different houses in Esentepe and Yeþildere neighborhoods on 2nd February in Yüksekova District of Hakkari, were arrested. Murat Duman was released after bein interrogated at Security Directorate while other 10 were taken to Van Prosecutor's Office.

Tarýk Aslan, Sýhat Atak, Ýhsan Abu, Velat Atak, Serbest Çýtak and Mehmet Tatlý, who were referred to Van Special 3rd High Criminal Court Night Prosecution Office with arrest demand after being interrogated, were arrested with the allegations “having membership in the organization”, “opposing the law on marches and meetings" and "making propaganda for the organization" and sent to Van F-type Prison.

Cüneyt Onat, Hiþyar Bartýn, Sait Yýldýrým and Murat Karabük were released pending trial.
