Ten people were taken into custody following house raids carried out on 12 June in Beytüşşebap (Elkê), in the province of Şirnak. They were brought to the courthouse on Thursday after giving their statements at the police station. Emre Yacan, Nasrettin Aşan, Yusuf Bor and Mehmet Cin, whose statements were taken at the prosecutor's office, were released on condition of judicial control.

Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Beytüşşebap Province co-chair Zarife Borak, Lokman Abi, Davut Abi, Sait Acar, Devrim Abi and Cemal Bor were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for arrest and were sent to prison.
