A sports event with competitions in boxing, Muay Thai and K1 will be held on 10 September in solidarity with Maxmur Refugee Camp in Berlin.
The organization THIRTYSIX FIGHTS, which carries out solidarity activities with martial arts, has organized a donation campaign to support Rojava Kurdistan since 2019. The 9,000 Euros collected within the framework of the campaign were sent to a prosthetic workshop in Qamishlo.
THIRTYSIX FIGHTS launched its new donation campaign for the Martyr Rustem Cûdî Refugee Camp (Maxmur Refugee Camp), which is under the pressure of the Turkish state and the KDP and the Iraqi state. The first event, where there will be competitions in different sports branches in solidarity with Maxmur, will be held on Saturday, 10 September in Berlin.
The event, where 14 athletes in the disciplines of boxing, Muay Thai and K1 will take to the ring at SO36 in Berlin's Kreuzberg district, will start at 1pm. After the competitions, an after-party will be held in the same place.
Representatives of the Kurdish Public Opinion Center Civaka Azad, the Association for Justice, Peace and Hope in Kurdistan and the Disarm Rheinmetall Initiative will also speak at the event.
