Kurdish academics in the University of Toronto held an event titled “Day of Solidarity with Political Prisoners and Hunger Strike Activists” in Toronto, Canada.

Kurds and allies attended the event organized to support the hunger strikes, show solidarity with political prisoners and to send them postcards.

Yusuf Iba, who is on a hunger strike in Toronto for 18 days, also attended the event and sent postcards to prisoners.
