The Democratic Kurdish Community Center (DKTM), located in the Paris suburb of Villiers-le-Bel, provided the masks required by Gonesse Hospital to face the coronavirus pandemic. The Community Center also prepared a 200-person meal for the hospital.
Hospital officials thanked the Community Centre for providing the Gonesse Hospital in Villiers-le-Bel, with aid. Many Kurds live in this area.
'Solidarity goes on'
Murat Varlı, co-chair of Villiers-le-Bel DKTM, said: "We salute all healthcare workers, who work night and day, giving their lives and making all possible efforts to ensure life prevails. Our community center wanted to express solidarity by supporting their struggle. We will always be with them."
Varlı stated that they will continue their social solidarity activities.
