Twelve detained members of Taksim Solidarity platform were released late Thursday after being referred to court , demanded to be arrested for allegedly forming an illegal group, organizing illegal protests through social media and inviting people to join mass meetings.

60 people had been taken into custody in Taksim on Monday after the brutal police attack against peaceful Gezi Park protestors. 38 were released after bearing testimony to police. 12 others who were referred to court released by the court pending a trial.

The conclusion of the case will be determined at next trials.
