The international delegation in the region have issued their second observations of the elections.The second observation report is as follows;

DERSÝM

The Italian delegation wasn't allowed to make an observation or take photos, while several soldiers waited by the polls in Mazgirt.

ADANA

Three members of the German delegation were taken into custody.

ANTEP

The German delegation members were questioned with a police tape. They are being followed everywhere by police .

MUS

The Canadian delegation was stopped by special operation police who noted the personal identifying information of the delegation members.

SIIRT

It was recorded that 75 votes were given in Kocerler and Kýrtepe villages where only 10 people live. the Danish delegation, whose passports were seized by police, were prevented and insulted by police.

ERZURUM

The French delegation had to leave Erzurum due to the threats of Security Director.

BATMAN

The German delegation recorded that poci officers waited by the polls.

HAKKARÝ

A poll observer was taken into custody.

BINGOL

The English delegation observed incorrect vote-counting and the protocal was corrected upon the delegation's application.

VAN-BAHCESARAY

Upon the governor's instruction, the observing group wasn't allowed in any school and threatened with detention. BDP members were attacked by village guards in Altýndere village

AGRI-PATNOS

The observing delagation was followed by police and wasn't allowed in any schools where police officers waited by the polls. The group members were taken into custody and their passports were seized.

ARDAHAN

It was observed that gendarmerie and police applied pressure on citizens.

KARS

There is an intense police pressure in Sarýkamýs. Observers were taken out of the classes upon the warning of police officers waiting beside the polls.
