Masses gathered in the German city of Frankfurt today to celebrate Kurdish new year Newroz and started two march towards the rally area from two directions.

"Happy Newroz" reads a huge banner unfurled by the participants of the march who are also carrying images of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan and flags of PKK, YPG, YPJ, KCK that have been banned in Germany not long ago.
