The Friday Civil Prayers today were dedicated to the victims of the Roboski massacre. On 28 December Turkish warplanes bombed the area near the village of Roboski killing 35 civilians, many of them children.

Civil prayers were held in Diyarbakýr, Hakkari, Þýrnak, Silopi, Manisa and Van and were joined by thousand of people.

Sermons were stressing the atrocity of the massacre pointing out that such crimes are against religious principles.
