Thousands of people moving from Van, Diyarbakýr, Muþ, Batman and Siirt set out to Bitlis Minki at early morning hours with a hundreds of vehicle convoy to join the march to the waste yard in Mutki town of Bitlis where excavations were carried out under the guidance of MEYA-DER and bones belonging to 18 people were found.
BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) Co-Chairs Gültan Kýþanak and Selahattin Demirtaþ flew from Ankara to Muþ and than passed to Bitlis also. Thousands of people consisting of regional deputies, mayors, provincial and district managers of BDP, Peace Mothers Initiative, TUHAY-DER, GÖÇ-DER, ÝHD Head Office and branch managers and representatives of civil society organizations were seen off from Bitlis in accompany with slogans "Bijî Serok Apo”.
Large security measures were taken on roads while attention-grabbing no search was made at any point.
