Eight people who had been taken into custody in the southern province of Adana on April 3 were referred to court after finalization of procedures in police department.
Five of the detainees were released on condition of judicial supervision, while the other three were remanded in custody for alleged “membership in a terrorist organization” and “spreading propaganda for a terrorist organization”.
