Torture on political prisoners continue

Political prisoner Ceyhun Bay who was sent to Kandira F-Type Prison from Tekirdag F-type Prison No. 2 by constraint said the prisoners were exposed to assault and beatings during transport and not allowed to even pack their stuff.

Tekirdag F-type prison, which is brought to the news because of the pressure, torture, isolation, and disciplinary penalties occurring every day, this time come to the attention of media because of the torture applied on political prisoners who were referred to other prisons under compulsion. Prisoner Ceyhun Bay made a call for awareness on the letter he wrote to human rights institutions.

Ceyhun Bay tells that tens of guardians raided the cells of nine political prisoners and rode them to ring vehicles dragging and hitting. Bay said the followings; “We were jailed in F-type prisons because of our thoughts, we were further given punishments and not allowed for meeting a visitor for months, even further our communication with our families was cut off, moreover we were tortured a number of times. All these violations of rights must have been considered as unsatisfactory as they at the end applied the exile-transfer torture”.
