Turkey: Death toll from coronavirus rises to 2,992
Another 92 people have died of Covid-19 in Turkey where 2,392 more cases have been detected and 5,018 people have recovered during the past 24 hours.
According to figures released by Turkish Minister of Health, Fahrettin Koca, on Tuesday, 92 more people have died of Covid-19 during the past 24 hours. The death toll from Coronavirus, since it first emerged in Turkey in early March, has risen to 2,992.
The total number of confirmed cases in the country has reached 114,653.
On the other hand, 1,621 people are in intensive care and 845 are intubated. 38,809 of those infected have recovered, according to official figures.
