Two arrested in Bulanık
HDP executive Faruk Balıkçı and civilian Neşat Yakın have been arrested in Uzgörür (Neynîk) town of Bulanık district of Muş for allegedly “being member of a terrorist organization” and “aiding the organization”.

HDP executive Faruk Balıkçı and civilian Neşat Yakın have been arrested in Uzgörür (Neynîk) town of Bulanık district of Muş for allegedly “being member of a terrorist organization” and “aiding the organization”.
HDP Uzgörür branch co-chair Faruk Balıkçı and civilian Neşat Yakın were detained after their car was stopped on the way from Bulanık to Muş the day before. Both were referred to courthouse following procedures at Bulanık police department.
Balıkçı and Yakın who were later referred to the Criminal Court of Peace were formally arrested and sent to Muş E Type Closed Prison on the grounds of “being member of a terrorist organization” and “aiding and abetting the organization”.
