In Narlıdere district of western İzmir province, police forces raided a wedding celebration out on the street where Kurdish music was playing.

The musicians in the wedding were taken into custody for singing in Kurdish and making victory sign. The musicians were reportedly released from custody after giving a statement at the police station.
