Two siblings named as Fethi and Zeynep Ötünç, who were taken into custody during a raid on their homes in the central borough of Eyyübiye of Urfa (Riha) on 20 December, were remanded in custody.

The two siblings, who were detained within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Adıyaman Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, were taken to Adıyaman (Semsûr) on the same day.

The two were referred to the courthouse on Thursday night after the procedures carried out at Adıyaman Provincial Gendarmerie Command, were sent to prison by the court on the grounds of "aiding an illegal organization".
