During the third phase of Operation Wrath of Euphrates, ISIS gangs attacked Siwêdiye town and Humarîn and Widyan villages to the northeast of Tabqa Dam this morning. Violent clashes broke out when Operation Wrath of Euphrates fighters promptly responded.

Moreover, heavy clashes are taking place between ISIS gangs and the fighters that are advancing from Xiniz and Mekmen directions.

Two strategic hills to the north of Raqqa were cleansed of the gangs during these clashes.

The fighters advancing from Mekmen are reported to have besieged ISIS gangs in Milêhan village to the northeast of Raqqa.
