Including Antep Chair Þemsettin Kaya and Þahinbey District Chair Müslüm Durmaz, five BDP executives have been taken into custody in Antep city and Þahinbey district today. Many houses were raided at early morning hours by anti-terror branch police teams. Detainees were taken to Antep Security Directorate.

One other operation was carried out in Istanbul where fourteen people have been taken into custody this morning following house raids at several addresses in the city.

Anti-terror branch police teams in Dersim also raided several houses and the Association of Democratic Peoples at early morning hours today. Association chair Evrim Konak and executives Murat Kur, Deniz Kýrbað and Hýdýr Yýldýz have been taken into custody after the raids which were conducted upon the instruction of Special Authorized Public Prosecutor of Malatya.
