Women deputies met in Diyarbakýr

Labor, Democracy and Freedom Block women deputies have met in Diyarbakýr tiday. BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) co-chair Filiz Koçali has opened the meeting dedicated to the assessment of the 12 June elections.

The Block has elected 11 women deputies: in Diyarbakýr Leyla Zana, Nursel Aydoðan and Emine Ayna, in Siirt Gülten Kýþanak, in Ýstanbul Sebahat Tuncel, in Van Aysel Tuðluk, in Iðdýr Pervin Buldan, in Batman Ayla Akat Ata, in Kars Mülkiye Birtane, in Mardin Gülser Yýldýrým (who is currently in prison) and in Þýrnak Selma Irmak (who is also in prison).

Tomorrow the 36 MPs elected by the Block will have a further meeting.
