YJA Star guerrilla Şükran Alp, who fell a martyr in the battle with the Turkish army on 20 June in the Herekol Mountain, located between Siirt and Şırnak, was taken from the Siirt State Hospital morgue after her body was identified by her family.

Alp's body was buried in the village of Dersekli, in Idil district of Şırnak. The funeral was attended by dozens of people.
