3,200 signatures collected for Abdullah Öcalan’s freedom in Damascus

The People's Initiative Committee for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Öcalan collected approximately 3,200 signatures in Damascus.

The People's Initiative Committee for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Öcalan announced the results of the signature campaign launched to demand the freedom of Abdullah Öcalan. Hesen Ebdullah, a member of the committee, read the statement in Zorava neighbourhood of Damascus.

Hesen Ebdullah said that the people in the Syrian capital and all rural areas gave great support to the campaign because they believe that the project of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan is the most advisable project for a solution to the problems of the Middle East.

Hesen Ebdullah said that 3,200 signatures were collected in Damascus and rural areas.

Ebdullah added that they will continue the struggle to achieve the physical freedom of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
