Heavy fighting emerged between the Turkish army and SDF fighters near Omera village near Shera, north of Afrin city center. According to SDF sources, at least 35 gang members were killed in the clashes.

SDF also said that its forces hit Turkish positions near Jindires district. At least six soldiers were killed and several wounded.
