4 jihadists killed in HRE operations

HRE hit the occupation forces in al-Bab, Afrin and Mare.

Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) released a statement announcing details of their latest operation against the Turkish army allied mercenaries in North-East Syria.

According to the statement, HRE forces carried out sniper operations against Turkish-backed jihadists in Hazwan village of the al-Bab region on February 4th and 5th. 2 jihadists were killed as a result of those operations.

On February 4th, HRE forces carried out an operation against a position of jihadists from the Jabha al-Shamiiya gang in Maryemin village of the Shera district. Regarding the results of this operation, the number of killed jihadists has not been clarified, but according to obtained information, 2 jihadists were injured. The targeted position and a DShK heavy machine gun were destroyed, said the HRE.

On February 5th, HRE forces carried out a sabotage operation against Turkish-backed jihadists in the vicinity of Mare city. As a result of the operation, 2 jihadists were killed and a further 1 jihadist was injured.  

HRE reported that the Turkish army and its jihadist proxies carried out intense shelling of villages in the districts of Sherawa and Shera and the region of Shahbah. Simultaneously, the occupation forces carried out shelling against a base of the Russian forces in Kishtaar village.
