Health Council Co-chair Anjela Reşo and Avrin Hospital official Dr. Ciwan Mihemed announced the number of people martyred and wounded since the beginning of the attacks.
The statement by Anjela Reşo and Dr. Ciwan Mihemed says the number of martyred civilians has risen to 50 since the beginning of the Turkish state’s invasion attacks and that most of them are children and women.
The number of wounded has been announced as 137. Six of the martyred civilians were members of a family that migrated to Afrin from the Til Qirahe village of the Shehba canton.
Reşo and Mihemed said all martyrs and wounded people brought to the hospital had been documented with videos and photographs. They stressed that all resources in the hospital were used to treat the wounded, and added that there are some still in critical condition in the hospital.
Health Council Co-chair Anjêla Reşo and Afrin Hospital Official Ciwan Mihemed called on health organizations to provide them with medicine and health supplies.
