The Efrîn Canton Defense Council Press Office issued a written statement and announced that one of the fighters who served in the Self-Defence Forces lost his life in bombardments of the occupying Turkish state on Efrîn Canton.

The statement remarked that fighters of the YPG/YPJ and Self-Defense Forces are giving an unparalleled fight against the attacks of the occupying Turkish army and affiliated gangs. Offering condolences to the family of the fallen fighter, the Defense Council of Efrîn Canton vowed to follow the path of the martyrs and to cleanse whole Rojava-Northern Syria of terror.
