A Northern and Eastern Syria Autonomous Administration Education delegation went to Germany on 6 February to hold a series of official meetings.
Nesrîn Reşk, co-chair of the Teachers' Union, and Dîlber Yûsif, vice President of the Northern and Eastern Syria Education and Training Board, were part of the delegation.
The delegation met officials and experts in the field of education, and also met with the German Education Association (IAMA).
Nesrîn Reşk met with the executives and members of the German Education Union. During the meeting, the situation of education and schools in Northern and Eastern Syria, the attacks carried out by the Turkish state and the effects of the earthquake on education were discussed.
Both sides discussed the order of the education system, the materials in Northern and Eastern Syria, and the student assessment mechanism.
