According to reports from the ground, Damascus regime forces have opened fire on Internal Security Forces in the Hilko neighborhood of the Qamishlo city in northern Syria Tuesday noon.

Fighting erupted at the scene after Internal Security Forces returned fire on the basis of legitimate self-defense.

Internal Security Forces have not made an official statement yet.
