The ‘Echo of 'Afrin' festival, organized by the Rojava Youth Union and the Democratic Arab Youth Movement, has continued for the 3rd day with sport events.

The festival was organized in the village of Babnis, Fafin in Shehba region.

The event began with a minute’s silence to pay tribute to the memory of the martyrs. Then Ismail Musa, Shehba Council co-chair said: "The young people of Afrin have made many sacrifices in the Resistance of the Age and still continue to do so. We believe that they will liberate Afrin from the invaders".

Tolhildan Zerdeşt, Rojava Youth Union executive, said: "We will continue our resistance until victory, in order to realize the goals of the martyrs". The Festival sent the Turkish occupiers a strong message, underlining that youth are continuing their education.

Among the sport events, football matches were organized between Babins and Serdem Camp youth. On the other hand, young women from Til Rifat and Berxwedan Camp also played a football match.
