Four SDF martyrs laid to rest in Kobane

People of Rojava bid farewell to their martyrs who fell in resistance against Turkish invasion.

Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) fighters Ehmed Oso (Berxwedan Qomelx), Abdullah Qadir (Birûsk Kobanê), Merwan Tirkî and Agir Amed (Zûhat) lost their lives in the Honor Resistance against Turkish genocidal campaign seeking to invade North and East Syria.

Masses joined the farewell to the martyrs at the Dicle Cemetery of Martyrs in Kobane.

The funeral ceremony began with a minute’s silence in memory of all martyrs, after which Euphrates Region Defense Bureau President Nebo Temo spoke. Offering condolences to the families of martyrs, Temo said; “The martyrs have made great sacrifices for freedom and victory. We need to follow in their footsteps.”

Speaking after, Kongreya Star member Rohat Mela said; “Safety had prevailed in this country until the attacks of the Turkish state disturbed the peace in the region. We will continue to resist against it.”

Following speeches, the martyrs were laid to rest with slogans.
