The Press Office of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced that a leader of ISIS terrorist group was captured as result of a special operation in Raqqa. The gang leader is said to be connected to the killing of Sheikh Bashr al-Hiwedi.

SDF stated that their operations will continue until all those linked to the murder are captured.

On the other hand, Deir ez-Zor Internal Security Forces have discovered an armory of mercenaries in the depot of Abu Hamam School. The operation was conducted following the informing of local residents.

Deir ez-Zor Internal Security Forces also found out a number of mines planted in the school. All the explosives were neutralized by the special units under Internal Security Forces who also seized over 700 mortar shells.
