Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) announced the results of the retaliatory actions carried out by their units against the Turkish invasion army and allied mercenaries in Afrin and Mare regions.

The statement by HRE announced the details of the actions as follows:

“Our units infiltrated a base of the Turkish army in the village of Malikiye in Afrin’s Shera district on November 28. Two soldiers of the Turkish army were killed here.

On November 28, our forces carried out a sabotage action against Firqat al-Hamza mercenary groups in Ashrafiyah neighborhood in central Afrin. A military vehicle of the group was destroyed, a mercenary named Rabî Abû Arif was killed and another wounded in the action.

On November 28, a member of the Turkish-backed mercenaries was assassinated by our sniper teams in the vicinity of the Mare city.”

On the other hand, HRE reported howitzer and mortar attacks by the Turkish-backed mercenary groups against Malikiyê, Merenaz and Şewarixa villages in Afrin’s Shera district, and the villages of Aqîbê and Bênê in Sherawa district.
