Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) announced that they continue to carry out effective actions against the Turkish army and gang groups under their control positioned in and around Afrin.

HRE said a series of actions were carried out on April 5 and shared the following details:

“On April 5, along the road between Kimare and Berade villages in Afrin’s Sherawa district, an action was carried out against a military vehicle transporting Abdullah Helawe terrorists under the Firqat al Hamzat terrorist group. The vehicle was destroyed in the action and 3 terrorists inside were killed, while 2 others were wounded. Terrorists arriving to take away the casualties were also targeted by our fighters. 1 terrorist was killed there and another was wounded.

On April 5, a Firqat al Hamza position in the berade village of the Sherawa district was targeted by our fighters. 2 terrorists were killed in the action while 3 were wounded.

On April 5, in the Til Malid village in the Mare district, an assassination action was carried out against one terrorist allied with the invading Turkish state. The targeted terrorist died in the action.

Our fighters have killed a total of 7 terrorists and wounded 6. One military vehicle was destroyed.”
