Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) released a statement announcing the details of their latest operations against occupation forces in northern Syria.

The HRE statement includes the following;

“On March 1st, our forces carried out an operation against positions of Turkish-backed jihadists in the vicinity of Mare city. 2 jihadists were killed and a large quantity of ammunition was seized as a result of the operation.

Seized ammunition; 1 M16 rifle, scope and compatible magazine vest, 1 AK-47 and its magazine vest, 1 range-finder, 1 camera and identity papers.

The occupation forces carried out intense shelling with tanks, howitzers and mortars against the villages of the Sherawa and Shera districts in Afrin and the villages of the Shehba region.”
