The military operations teams (TOL) of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) conducted yesterday a precise security operation targeting an ISIS terrorist cell in the city of Raqqa.

Based on precise intelligence, the TOL teams raided where the terrorist cell was hiding in Raqqa city and successfully captured three terrorists.

According to the SDF Press Center, the captured terrorists were responsible for multiple terrorist attacks targeting our forces, internal security personnel, and civilians. Additionally, they were attempting to create chaos and instability by carrying out acts of sabotage against public and private infrastructure.

“Our forces reaffirm that, despite being preoccupied in repelling attacks by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, they remain resolute in their mission to eliminate ISIS elements and cells to maintain security and stability in the region,” SDF said.
