The lecture was attended by hundreds of Tel Barak residents, members of civil institutions and Internal Security Forces, as well as the administrative staff of the Women's Office of the Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) and was held at Qamishlo Janda Mohammed and Gulistan Ibrahim.

The lecture began with a minute's silence to pay tribute to the martyrs of freedom.

MSD Women's Office representative in Qamishlo, Janda Mohammed, talked about the life of Abdullah Ocalan and his struggle. She then explained the content of the project of the democratic nation, which was introduced by Ocalan and implemented in Northern and Eastern Syria. She also denounced the conspiracy against the Kurdish people's leader. 

Janda Mohammed spoke at length about Ocalan's life, his childood, university life and the struggle he carried out against Turkish fascism.

The lecture was then followed by questions and answers.
