Tents were set up in every region of Northern and Eastern Syria to protect the citizens from the dangers of a possible earthquake.
The Democratic Civil Administration of Manbij and its Rural Regions set up tents for many citizens.
Manbij Military Council provided fuel and food aid to families staying in tents.
Burkan El Qibê, a commander of the Martyr Dersim Brigade affiliated to the Manbij Military Council, said: “We provided fuel for our people to warm up and met their food needs. We are always ready to serve our people. Because it is our duty to protect and help them. We are ready for any emergency."
The SDF said that they “stand ready to provide immediate assistance to overcome the earthquake aftermath in all Syrian territories, including providing relief support and sending rescue teams to the disaster-stricken areas.”
