Syrian Democratic Council (MSD) Co-chair Emîne Omer stated that they are preparing for an inter-Syrian dialogue with all political parties and organizations in Syria for a solution to the crisis in the country. Omer said the MSD believes the solution to the Syrian crisis will be through inter-Syrian dialogue and added that they are working to determine a path to a solution through meetings with parties that want an end to the crisis.

Omer said the inter-Syrian dialogue can start in the coming days and added that the discussions will be held inside Syria, and all peoples in Syria will be participating in the talks for a solution.

“As the Syrian Democratic Council, we are ready for any and all dialogue to determine the future of Syria,” said Omer and added that they have been preparing for a meeting that all political representatives in the region will attend.

Omer also said that representatives from the opposition, individuals, political parties and all organizations that want a solution to the Syrian crisis will attend the meeting and that the meeting will be a continuation of the “Dialogue and Construction” meetings held on July 18.

Emîne Omer said several states including the Turkish state continue their attempts to prevent inter-Syrian dialogue and stressed that the region is safe now and the necessary basis for a dialogue has emerged.
