Today, Sunday, is the fifth day of the Vigil organised by the people of Serêkaniyê.

The Vigil is carried out on the border and activists are staying in a tent outside which they have hung banners saying ‘No to Turkey's invasion’ and ‘No to Erdoğan terrorism’.
Representatives from civil society organisations and political parties in the region joined the action together with hundreds of citizens.
Speaking on Saturday night, Martyrs' Families executive, Hesen Ebid, said that the achievements reached with the blood of the martyrs will be protected. Ebid stressed that the people of the Northern and Eastern Syria will take part in the resistance until their last drop of blood.
