SDF: Clashes continue on three fronts across Afrin
Clashes between the Turkish army and SDF fighters continue in Jindires, Shera and Raco fronts on Saturday, Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said.
Clashes between the Turkish army and SDF fighters continue in Jindires, Shera and Raco fronts on Saturday, Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said.
According to SDF statement, heavy fighting continues between the Turkish army and SDF fighters in Afrin. Several gang members and Turkish soldiers have been killed in clashes in Jindires, Shera and Raco fronts.

“JINDIRES FRONT
Yesterday invader Turkish state along with organizations affiliated with Al-Qeda tried to advance to the direction of Hemam village and Birqedar mountain. This attempt was met with SDF’s resistance and gang groups suffered casualties. After all attempts by Turkish army and gangs failed, warplanes bombed the area.
SHERA FRONT
At 12h00, SDF forces which observe the activities of Turkish army’s movements along the border targeted a Turkish military vehicle and destroyed it.
YPJ fighters targeted a Turkish tank at 13h00 and destroyed it. The operation was documented by video footage.
RACO FRONT
Invader Turkish state forces targeted Raco region with heavy weapons yesterday. The Cela, Canka, Ceqmaqa and Gire Bela areas were bombed by Turkish warplanes at 20h00.
Today at 11h00 invader forces and terror groups bombed the region with howitzers.
On Saturday morning invader Turkish state tried to advance in Kevire Ker area but SDF fighters responded. The fighting continues in the area and Turkish artillery is bombing the area.
GIRE SPI
Yesterday a gang group tried to infiltrate into Gire Spi town. This attempt was also met with SDF’s resistance. The attempt was foiled and four gang members were killed. Other gang members fled in the direction of the Turkish border.
