The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Press Center denied the Turkish state's reports claiming that 3 SDF fighters were killed.
In a statement, the SDF said: "The Turkish Ministry of Defense claimed that they killed 3 of our fighters on 5 April. These claims are false."
