SDF vows to continue their counter-terrorism operations against ISIS cells, dismantle their networks, dry up their resources, and uproot them completely.
On September 17, the SDF’s (Syrian Democratic Forces) Military Operations Teams TOL conducted a successful security operation in Raqqa. The operation targeted an ISIS cell consisting of two terrorists, Muhammed al-Rukhus and Ahmad al-Rukhus, originally from al-Terwaziya village. The TOL forces raided where the two terrorists were hiding in Raqqa city and successfully captured them.
“The terrorist cell dismantled was responsible for facilitating the work of ISIS cells, transporting military equipment and weapons, in addition to carrying out terrorist acts targeting military personnel, civilian employees, and even civic facilities in the region,” said the SDF Media Center in a statement about the operation.
SDF stressed that: “Our counter-terrorism operations will continue relentlessly against ISIS cells, dismantle their networks, dry up their resources, and uproot them completely.”
