The Press Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) said in a statement that after the successful repelling of the attacks carried out on the southern countryside of Kobanê and the surroundings of the Tishrin Dam, the occupying Turkish state and its gangs have increased their attacks in the Northern and Eastern Syria region.

The SDF announced that five of its fighters fell as martyrs as a result of both the ground and air attacks.

The statement said: "Our forces successfully repelled the attacks carried out by the occupying Turkish state and its gangs on the Tishrin Dam from two sides. Dozens of gangs were neutralized, and many tanks and armored vehicles were destroyed. However, after this success, the occupying Turkish state intensified its airstrikes in the region and five of our fighters fell as martyrs as a result of these attacks."
