SDF: The Turkish state targeted 13 villages and hills on Sunday

The SDF Press Center said that the Turkish state targeted 13 villages and hills in attacks carried out on Sunday.

The SDF Press Center issued a written statement detailing the attacks carried out on Sunday by the Turkish government in 13 villages and hills. The attacks were carried out with warplanes, drones and artillery fire.

The statement said: "On Sunday, the occupying Turkish army and its proxies continued their brutal attacks on the villages around the Qereqozaq Bridge. The armed drones belonging to the occupying forces bombed the village of Bir Hesen and Elush Hill, while warplanes bombed another hill and the village of Xeseq. Material damage occurred in the attacks. In addition to the air strikes, the occupying forces randomly bombed the area around the Qereqozaq Bridge with howitzers, tanks and mortars. The occupying forces fired more than 60 artillery rounds at the villages of Tîna, Cada, Bir Hesen, Xeseq, Dikan, Melha and El Sene, as well as the hills of Sevê and Qereqozaq. The attacks caused material damage to the properties of citizens in the villages."

The statement added: "On the Tişrin Dam front, the occupying Turkish army and its proxies bombed the dam area with heavy weapons from Saturday to Sunday. Drones activity continued in the dam and its surroundings, while the invaders and gangs bombed the villages of Mesakin and El Umaliye and their surroundings with artillery fire. The attacks caused material damage.

The warplanes belonging to the occupying Turkish army carried out 4 airstrikes on the Şêxler/El Şuyûx town west of Kobanê. The attacks caused material damage to civilian properties. Warplane and UAV activity continued in the region.

Warplanes and drone activity continued uninterruptedly over Ain Issa all Sunday."
