Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) fighters Esed Muhammed (Dilpak Efrîn), Nîhad Muhammed (Nemir Efrîn) and Omer Osman (Bakur Efrîn) lost their lives putting up resistance against the occupation forces on February 1st.
Thousands of people joined the procession from hospital to cemetery to bid farewell to the three martyrs in Shehba today.
Speaking at the funeral at the Cemetery of Martyrs after a minute of silence, Council of Martyrs’ Families member Sureya Hebeş offered condolences to the families of the martyrs and said: “The Turkish state tries to cause an unrest in the region in an attempt to invade our lands. Mothers are burying their sons and daughters here as our people continue to resist.”
After the speeches, the death certificates of martyrs were read and given to families. The three HRE fighters were then laid to rest with slogans.
