Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will visit Turkey next week for the tripartite summit on Syria. Erdogan, Putin and Rouhani will discuss the situation in Syria.
In December 2016, to resolve the conflict in Syria, Turkey, Russia and Iran as guarantor countries started the Astana process which run in parallel to the negotiations of the United Nations taking place in Geneva.
According to the press office of the Turkish Prime Ministry, Putin will arrive Ankara earlier on April 3 to attend the seventh High-Level Cooperation Council meeting between Turkey and Russia.
