According to reports from the ground, Turkish military forces are attacking the Shiye district of Afrin Canton with howitzers and heavy weaponry since Wednesday evening. No details are available yet regarding the results of the aggression.

The Turkish state is targeting civilians and sub-structure in Afrin since January 20. Around 150 civilians lost their life, hundreds of houses and sub-structures were either demolished completely or damaged heavily because of the attacks.
