The Turkish regime forces and allied mercenaries have carried out artillery attacks on the villages of Talhuta, Jabla Hamra and Til Torin in Erima town of al-Bab on Friday.
According to al-Bab Military Council, the aggression was carried out from the military base in the village of Sukariya Kiridiya where Turkey’s mercenaries are stationed.
The attack claimed the life of a villager named Basil al-Hamud in the Jabla Hamra village and left a woman and a young man wounded, who were taken to hospital in Manbij. While the woman is in good state of health, the young man is reported to be in life-threatening condition.
Visiting the injured civilians, Civil Administration Executive Council co-president Mihemed Xer Şexo condemned the attack.
Reports are coming through of sporadic clashes between Turkish-backed mercenaries and fighters of al-Bab Military Council.
On the other hand, Turkish forces attacked the village of Silip in Gire Spi (Tal Abyad) at 19:00 local time Friday evening. Further details about the aggression were not immediately available.
