Turkish bombardment targets civilian settlements in Girê Spî

The invading Turkish army bombed six villages west of Girê Spî, injuring civilians and damaging houses.

The Turkish army shelled the villages of Erida, Birkitk, Kobirlik, Bir Zinar and the warehouses in Qezeli and Evdiko villages in the Turkish occupied Girê Spî (Tal Abyad) city in northern Syria.

The occupation forces simultaneously bombed the international M4 highway and the town of Ain Issa.

As a result of the bombardment, many civilians were injured, and their homes and property were severely damaged. The number of injured civilians and the extent of the damage could not be determined yet.

According to local sources, the Turkish army is trying to force people to migrate through these attacks as part of an ethnic cleansing policy.
