Turkish artillery hit Afrin city center at 10h40 on Tuesday morning and killed a civilian and wounded two.
The victim of the bombing is identified as Ridwan Mihemed Hisen (35), a taxi driver. Hisen was reportedly driving his car at the time of the bombing.
According to local authorities in Afrin, Turkish bombings killed 180 civilians and wounded 413 others since the start of the invasion operation in the region.
